Cancellation Policy

 At Premier Dentistry of Wellesley, our dental team understands and respects the busy lives of our patients and members of our community. In the weeks leading up to your appointment, we encourage patients that need to reschedule their appointments to contact our office and we will try to find scheduling times that work.  While we do understand emergencies arise, it is important to understand that if you must cancel an appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, there will be a $150 cancellation fee. We are a busy practice and last minute cancellations hinder our ability to serve existing patients and prospective new patients in the community.  Thank you for your understanding as we continue to maintain an efficient and well organized dental practice.
